High speed door designed to close indoor areas with a modest workflow. Self-repairing (or self-retracting) function.

Evolution of the AR 600 high speed door model, the AR 300 technical closure is suitable for small internal openings where a normal workflow is expected but without giving up the self-repair function of the closure. The high speed door can therefore immediately resume operation thanks to the automatic restoring of the curtain. This model is excellent value for money.

Standard metal structure

Top cross member in die-bent sheet metal made of galvanized steel thickness 1.5 mm, non-self-supporting, equipped with fixing plates to be bolted. Galvanized steel lateral jambs, fitted with slotted fixing brackets for adjustment.

Curtain

Tear-resistant, PVC, 900 g/m². At eye level, one row of transparent heat-sealed inspection windows. Electrowelded side sealing hinges.

Optional

  • 4/5 mm thick fireproof Class 2 insulated fabric made of PVC. Weight 1400 g/ m²
  • double weft PVC fabric, weight 580 g/m², self-extinguishing Class 1

Side slides

Profiled in high molecular density polyzene housed inside the jambs. The polyzene is self-lubricating for perfect sliding of the curtain, designed with a special cut to let the curtain slip back in place in case of breakage (self-repairing system). They are also equipped with an exclusive lateral adjustment system with springs, for optimal tensioning of the curtain.

Roller shaft

Diameter 90 mm supported by ball bearings. Guard in galvanized sheet metal (painted in the colours indicated on request)

Drive unit

Three-phase motor 400V-50 Hz with electric brake suitable for intensive use. Limit switch incorporated into the gear unit, easy to inspect and adjustable. Thermal circuit breaker for protection against voltage surges.

Gear reducer

With long-life lubrication and maintenance-free. Fitted directly on the roller shaft or driven by a transmission chain.

Emergency procedure

Release rod for manual opening of the curtain in case of power failure (maximum height 2500mm). When the rod is engaged, a safety micro-switch automatically cuts off power to the motor.

Please note: for high-speed doors over 20 m², we recommend the use of a backup battery.

Control panel

With 400 V power supply and 24 V auxiliary power supply. IP 55 protection rating. It is equipped with easy-to-remove motherboard.

Push-button panel

Membrane pushbutton panel with “Opening — Closing — Pedestrian” button (partial opening) and EMERGENCY stop mushroom-shaped pushbutton. Pre-wired electrical system: 400/24V separate voltage lines (as required by regulatory standards); photocells, flashing light, electric brake, limit switch and motor are already connected to the junction box fitted with cables prepared for connection to the control panel.
