SUPERTHERMIC insulated industrial doors adapt to many customizations, for every type of installation and architectural style
Large industrial building with Hangar Shield industrial doors and small windows, set against a mountain backdrop under a partly cloudy sky.

Flux Corner is a single-sided or double-sided industrial sliding-revolving door for small, medium or large sizes, with manual or chain-driven motor drive.

The sliding industrial door features great dimensional flexibility and a specialized structure and mounting system, making it suitable for all industrial sectors with wide passages and diverse storage requirements.

The FLUX CORNER adopts a linear guide movement system with 90° curves for lateral sliding.

NOTE: the SUPERTHERMIC FLUX CORNER industrial door is also available in the evolved ISOMAX thermal cut version with height limitations

Available in only one version:

  • Floor-supported sliding door, doors with an upper track equipped with an anti-derailment system and supported by “U” grooved wheels that slide on a lower track embedded in the floor

Door leaves:

Self-supporting monostructures (variable dimensions – Maximum height 10000 mm)

Door Leaf Thickness:

  • 55 mm x 6000 mm height
  • 65 mm x 8000 mm height
  • 80 mm x 10000 mm height
  • 120 mm x 12500 mm height

Diagram of the Hangar Shield sliding-turning door system with six panels, a maximum width of 8,700 mm and a height of 6,000 mm, illustrating a 90° corner opening—ideal for large-scale industrial doors.
  • Door leaf width: Maximum 1200/1450 mm
  • Door leaf height: 6000/8000/10000 mm
  • Door leaf connections: Black-painted hinges fixed to the load-bearing structure via contrasting plates, perfectly concealed by the seals. This gives the door a special “folding effect” that allows for the perfect aesthetic combination of different door concepts within the same building.
  • Maximum height: 6,000 mm as per catalogue. Longer non-standard heights available on request.
  • Maximum length: 8,700 mm (6 leaves) as per catalogue. Longer non-standard lengths available on request.

Leaf configuration:

Sliding-rotating at 90° (FLUX CORNER model)

  • Insulation:  fully self-extinguishing Class B2 CFC-free (Chlorine, Fluoride, Carbides) polyurethane insulation. 3 high-pressure foaming cycles with a minimum density > 40 Kg/m³
  • Perimeter frame:  dovetail-shaped profile, 2 mm thick

Double-skinned coating of galvanized pre-painted steel sheet with the Sendzimir process:

  • Plain, thickness 0.8+0.8 mm
  • Embossed, thickness 0.5+0.5 mm

Air Tightness:

  • Black EPDM anti-aging seals between panels
  • Nylon brush between panels and lintel
  • Easy-to-replace nylon brush with aluminum support profile between panels and side wall
  • Black nylon brush with black pre-coated support profile on the floor

Opening/Closing:

  • Manual
  • Motorized

Sliding system via top rail made of very thick galvanized steel with fixing and adjustment slots, to be fixed to the wall with wall plugs (not included); and adjustable roller carriages.

CE Marking Mata:

  • Wind load resistance, class 4

  • Average noise reduction, 22 dB (not certifiable)
  • Fire resistance, B-S1, d0
  • Durability 20,000 cycles

Extras:

Wood Colour

Caution/Technical Note: Choosing a dark color can cause a significant temperature difference of more than 40°/45°C between the interior and exterior (on the sun-exposed side). This can cause deformation of the door, which can lead to separation of the steel sheet from the insulation material under prolonged sun exposure. This is not due to manufacturing defects, but rather to physical-mechanical expansion. Therefore, the use of dark colors is not recommended, especially in hot and sunny climates.
